What’s visa approval letter?
Visa approval letter is the letter approved, signed and sealed by Head of Vietnam Immigration Department. This letter will allow you board and pick up your visa on arrival at your destination airport in Vietnam (the airport which you land first).
We receive your visa request, then submit your visa application on your behalf to get approval from Vietnam Immigration Department then send it to your email as confirmed.
There are 2 types of visa approval letter as follow:
Bulk visa approval letter: Normally, you will get bulk applications or up to 30 persons and all applicants’ names are printed on one letter. This kind of letter is cheap as our service fee display.
Confidential letter: If you are concerned about privacy or security, you can ask your agent for a private approval letter that bears only your name, and if applicable the names of family members or friends who are travelling with you. This kind of letter require extra cost ($5 USD / pp)
