Vietnam visas for business purposes or others

In order to process your visa application, we require the following details:

- Complete name (Passport name)

A person's gender

- When you were born

- Place of origin

Your passport number

The expected time of arrival

A flight's arrival time

Excursion date


You will receive a letter of visa upon arrival from the Vietnam Immigration Department after they receive these details. We will scan this letter and send it to you via email or fax. Presenting a copy of this document will grant you access to board at the departure airport. You can obtain your Vietnamese visa upon arrival at the airport with the following documents: your original passport, $25 USD for a single entrance visa or $50 USD for multiple entries, and two 4x6 centimeter pictures.
