Vietnam visa for Thai

If you are a citizen of Thailand and plan to visit Vietnam for less than 30 days, you do not need to apply for a Vietnam visa. A Vietnam visa is necessary if you intend to remain in Vietnam for longer than this period.

To obtain a visa for Vietnam, you must:

- Original passport (valid for at least six months)

Two passport-sized (4 x 6 cm) pictures

2. Consulate General of Vietnam in Khon Kaen (Thailand):

Pay the service charge.

You will receive your eVisa letter by email after two working days for regular processing, or less quickly in an emergency.

To have your Vietnam visa stamped at one of the country's international airports, bring your eVisa letter, your passport (which must be valid for at least six months), and two passport-sized pictures.
